Every two months, our expert jury awards a Startup of the Month. You want to be part of the next pitch event? Then apply now. With a little luck, we'll see you at the next jury meeting.
As a participating startup, you'll get an exclusive pitch opportunity in front of more than 30 CEOs and investors from the region - and exclusive access to potential customers and capital. In addition, you can expect direct feedback on your pitch and company as well as the chance for 1:1 matchmaking with Frankfurt Forward jury members.
As an awarded Startup of the Month you will also receive a PR package with a photo shooting as well as regional and national visibility through our media partners like dfv and StartupValley. As Startup of the Month you will also get the opportunity to pitch live in front of a large audience at the end of the year and secure the title "Startup of the Year".
Individual mentoring by regional experts from our jury and an exclusive networking package await the Startup of the Year.
The application is open to all B2B startups and startups with a high digital added value and great disruptive potential (2-5 years old, already on the market, dynamic, innovative, no holding structure) of all industries headquartered in FrankfurtRheinMain.
If you did not receive an award on your first application, you can apply again the following year, provided, of course, that you still meet the eligibility requirements.
You can apply online with a few clicks via our application form. The following criteria are particularly important to us and form the basis for the evaluation: (1) Problem, (2) Solution, (3) Potential, (4) Market & Competition, (5) Team and (6) Finance. Our evaluation matrix can be found here.
1. Once we have received your documents, they will be reviewed.
2. In case you meet our participation requirements, we will invite you for a live pitch in front of our top-class jury. (If a jury member is unable to participate in an on-site jury meeting, he or she will receive your online application as a basis for his or her evaluation.)
3. If you convince the jury, you will become Startup of the Month. In total, six startups will be awarded each year.
4. At the end of the year, all Startups of the Month will have the chance to pitch in front of a large audience and win the title Startup of the Year.
