Professor Nils Stieglitz is President and Managing Director of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Professor of Strategic Management and Organisational Design. In 1999 he graduated with a degree in economics and worked as a research assistant and assistant in Marburg until 2006. He received his doctorate in economics in 2003 and went to the University of Southern Denmark in 2006. He worked there until 2012, first as an assistant and then as an associate professor. In 2012 Nils Stieglitz started as Full Professor at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, later becoming Head of Management Department and Vice President Corporate Development. In 2018 he became President and CEO of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Nils Stieglitz is a member of the editorial board of the journal "Organization Science" and the "Strategic Management Journal". He is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM), the Danish Research Unit on Industrial Dynamics (DRUID), the Organizational Design Community (ODC), the Strategic Management Society (SMS) and the Theoretical Organizational Models Society (TOM). His research on Organizational Learning has been published in the Administrative Science Quartely, Management Science, Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal.
