Dr. Rainer Lampe is founder and Managing Partner of Transformation Partner and Transformation Partner Executive Search. With over 20 years of consulting experience - mainly in the finance, automotive, manufacturing and healthcare sectors - he is considered a specialist in his field. Furthermore, he is active as an advisor and business angel in several startups.

Dr. Lampe studied in Freiburg, St. Gallen and Vienna, where he also received his doctorate. In his spare time, he is interested in vintage cars, foreign countries and cultures. For the Alumni Organisation of the University of St. Gallen, he organises the German Conference as President of the Organising Committee - as well as the Founder Pitch Competition taking place at the event.
