WePlan is our new Startup of the Month!
Especially in large companies, it is a complex task to have the right employees with the required qualifications at the desired time.
The founders of the start-up WePlan from Frankfurt have declared war on complex and confusing Excel files and offer companies the solution for precise staff deployment with their cloud-based software-as-a-service solution. Based on historical data, the software intelligently forecasts staffing requirements, cost deployment and other relevant influencing factors for efficient staff scheduling.
With a focus on the airline industry, they have already won major customers for their innovative solutions since 2018 and are expanding their software for other industries.
In the pitch, the startup not only convinced major airlines, but also the prominent Frankfurt Forward jury, who chose it as the last Startup of the Month 2022!
We congratulate the team around the founders Lana Jansen and Franziska Burmeister and look forward to seeing them pitch on stage at our Startup of the Year Gala on 16 November at Kap Europa!
