Jean-Marc de Royere is a member of the group management of Air Liquide, the global oxygen and hydrogen producer. He leads the company's global business strategy into the new markets emerging from the UN Sustainable Development Goals, either driven by environmental requirements (climate protection) or economic and social needs of the emerging middle classes. In this context he is involved in startups and funds, especially in the areas of industry and healthcare.
He has worked with Air Liquide in the areas of engineering, business development, strategic planning and controlling and general management, together with industrial markets (steel, chemicals, semiconductors, food,...) and healthcare (especially in the area of home care), from Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo and most recently Frankfurt. In Germany, Air Liquide is active in industry and healthcare, increasingly also in "clean mobility" (hydrogen for fuel cells). Jean-Marc de Royere holds a degree in Business Administration. He has also been Chairman of the Air Liquide Foundation since 2017.
